PTO upon Termination

Created by Veronica Flaherty, Modified on Tue, 30 Jan, 2024 at 8:18 AM by Veronica Flaherty

If an employee completes their two weeks notice, they are entitled to all accrued PTO time to the date of their last day.  Accrued PTO is not the same as the time that is added at the beginning of the year to your bank of PTO hours.
The amount posted to your banked PTO  is what your PTO would be for a full year.  If you leave before that time, your payout of PTO is based on how long into the year you have worked.

If you have any questions, please let me know and I will do all I can to answer or find the answer.

Kind Regards,
Roni
